Element Barbershop ("we", "us", or "our") provides transactional SMS notifications related to barber appointments and related account actions.
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages including:
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders (for example, before your scheduled visit)
- Rescheduling or cancellation updates
- One-time verification codes (OTP) required to confirm bookings or verify certain user actions
- Other service-related notifications
These are not promotional or marketing messages.
2. Opt-In & Consent
You opt in by voluntarily providing your mobile phone number during the online booking process and actively checking a required consent checkbox before confirming your booking. By doing so, you explicitly agree to receive appointment-related SMS messages from Element Barbershop.
Providing consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving services.
We collect opt-in consent directly from the customer. Consent is not purchased, rented, or obtained from third-party lists.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. You may receive approximately 1–4 messages per booking, depending on confirmations, reminders, updates, or verification needs. This is not a recurring marketing subscription program.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
5. Opt-Out & Revocation
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any SMS from us. You will receive one confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
Opt-out is effective immediately.

7. Privacy & Data Use
Your mobile number and related information are used solely for appointment-related communications and verification codes requested by you. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share your information with service providers only as necessary to deliver our services (for example, messaging providers that deliver SMS messages on our behalf).
